| Help! Cannot launch 1.13[message #324255]

Hello everyone!
I'm a beginner of Ja2...Today I've installed Ja2 gold with mod 1.13(Revision_6232).
After launching the game through both "INI editor" and Ja2.exe I got following message recorded in "vfs.log":

I checked the folder "Data\faces\SNOWCAMO", it's empty...
and I've tried to re-install the game, re-download the mod(with different versions), the results are same...Please help!!!

Forgot to mention that when Ja2 is launched without mod 1.13 everything is fine...as soon as the mod is installed, the problem occurs.
