I am wondering where I would be able to find Sparky's MERC bio, and where to edit it. I found EDT's for Biff and the other starting mercs, as well as Bubba and his group, but I was not able to find the newly added ones...

I find I always make the same few IMP characters, so I have been transferring all the data over to replace the annoying Sparky.

Also, I was not able to find the eye/mouth coordinates for the IMP face that I am using for this guy, who has now taken the place of Sparky.

In Merc Profile editor, I see everything for all the mercs, except each individual IMP face... where would I find that info...?

Coordinates: Data-1.13/TableData/IMPPortraits.xml

But if you just want to faster create same IMPs, you can write their nicknames instead of xep624 on IMP page.

None of the added characters seem to be here for me to edit...

Which editor are you using? Try this one if you haven't already -> http://kermi.pp.fi/JA_2/Modding_Tools/EdtMegaEditorV2.zip

Also make sure that you edit the right file:

Data-1.13\BinaryData\MERCBIOS.EDT

Should look like this:
