Hello,
I'ved played ja 1.13 a long time ago and had no problems (6+ years ago). Anyway I started playing it again.
I have a problem in my game where Keith in Cambria won't give me the Hicks quest. He also had a shotgun for sale in his inventory...
I've tried talking to him with 4 different mercs (low and high leadership)
I haven't talked to the hicks or killed them yet. I've also tried testing and killing the hicks but he still doesn't say anything and Cambria loyalty won't go up. Joey has been rescued already.
Does anyone have a solution? Thanks
