I captured all 4 sectors of Omerta and gave the note to Joey and recruited him, but what do I do next? Where is the hideout?

The same place it was in Vanilla. You need to go to the bunker opening inside the house with the pick-up truck outside NE in A10.

I can't do anything there.

Finally figured it out! Very unintuitive to have to go somewhere and click the air to go downstairs.

Downstairs it seems very different. Agatha is there now. So all I can do is talk to her about Miguel being eaten by bloodcats? No Ira recruitment or anything?
