| Queen reinforcement pool ini option gone? Starting money?[message #356326]

It's been quite awhile since I've hit up some JA2, decided to give it another go.
However there are two ini options that I can't seem to find. One is regarding the starting cash for each difficulty level and the other was governing the amount of troops the queen has access to. I've set up what is bound to be a chaotic and difficult campaign with things like the big counterattacks enabled, but I don't want the queen running low on troops. Is the option gone or somewhere else? I've looked around, but I can't seem to locate them.
Can someone please shed some light on this? If the queen's reinforcement pool is not an option to change any more, how is it handled?
Currently using SCI_JA2v1.13_Revision_8633_on_GameDir_2449.7z
EDIT: I see the option still exists for Unfinished Business, but this is just 1.13 I'm referring too.
