Vince won't join my team. What is the requirement for gaining his services? I've done it before, but that was a couple of years ago. I can't remember what to do. Will he not join because I cleaned out the med supplies?

Well, I've done everything that Azazel mentioned, but still still Vince won't join. I've also killed Hans and Tony when kingpin went down (btw, I won all three fights at the club using Blood and energy boosters - took an extra 30,000 from it.) Anyway, Stephen is my best leadership merc right now, I haven't tried using him to persuade Vince yet. Though, I may also try a friendly guy like Ice.

Maybe you get friendly IMP chars most of the time,Doc.
An auto-correction is in order:Vince joins even if you only took the hospital sector and you fight around it,or in other towns so much that you reach those 80% loyalty in Cambria.You dont have to take the whole town.(1.12)
I tested yesterday,and he joined,recruited by...Gasket,with leadership 36.And I had Raider at leadership 94 in my team,stationed in Alma.
BTW,he joined even if Brenda said something about a pill to my strength 35 IMP char,and I killed her,with the "pantsuit loretta" tape in my pocket. 
What is wrong with you guys?Whacking Kingpin's jerks and Mr. Klaus himself is one thing,but Tony and especially that sweet Hans...

I'm going to keep coming back to Vince over the course of the campaign, after significant events (i.e. after the bugs are dead, after the bloodcat den is cleared, when another town has been taken, after Miguel is on board, etc.), to see if any of these can overcome the supply-stealing issue.

You got it. He's the best medic in the whole game, I don't care what his marksmanship is. But, I just tried to recruit him with Miguel and no go. I think it's hopeless. Next time I'll leave at least one first aid kit.
