Maybe you get friendly IMP chars most of the time,Doc.

An auto-correction is in order:Vince joins even if you only took the hospital sector and you fight around it,or in other towns so much that you reach those 80% loyalty in Cambria.You dont have to take the whole town.(1.12)
I tested yesterday,and he joined,recruited by...Gasket,with leadership 36.And I had Raider at leadership 94 in my team,stationed in Alma.
BTW,he joined even if Brenda said something about a pill to my strength 35 IMP char,and I killed her,with the "pantsuit loretta" tape in my pocket. Very Happy

What is wrong with you guys?Whacking Kingpin's jerks and Mr. Klaus himself is one thing,but Tony and especially that sweet Hans... Smile
