Here you are able to find the socalled San Mona Mini-Mod:
Essential: Tradesman like Fredo, Arnie, Franz, Howard and Dave with his hummer should be in the sectors C 5 and C 6 in San Mona. Bobby Ray can be reached there.
This should be so: By using ProEdit you can see them in this sectors. But not in the game.
Their shops are in San Mona and in Balime! And you can only act with them in Balime!

Is there anybody who knows what's going wrong and knows a solution?

My installation:

Ja2Gold (engl.; Talonsoft) + Ja2_1.13 (4870) then "instructions corplen"
