Sorry for posting here, but the UC forum looks dead. I just managed to take Calisto and am in sector D13. But I can't find the plant manager! I assume there's someone there who can give me income, like the mines in JA2? Where on the D13 map should he be?

I looked in that spot and have gone around the sector pretty much with a fine-toothed comb. There's no Fred Morris there or plant manager or anything on that map sector. I'm pretty sure it's the right one (it's the same sector that had the Drassen mine in the original JA2) I'm also certain that I didn't accidentally kill him.

I remember this problem the first time I played.
I couldn't find any miners except the guy in "Alma".
I read somewhere that you need to go to "Drassen" first. The miner did appear when I played the second time and went there first (before going to any other mine sectors).
It is a strange error - and a bit annoying because sometimes I like to go to Chitzena or Cambria first.
