How effective are grenades? I read in a post that they're kinda
weak? Is this true in v1.13? If they are whats a way to increase the damage?
How long does it take to repair?
And should you continue fighting while they repair? Or doing any other activities?
How do you clean weapons and what does improve equipment mean in skil selection?

I'd say they are pretty good to slow down a group of enemies, or even a single problematic one. only thing, make sure your guy is good at throwing grenades, otherwise he might miss or worse, hit next to allies and piss them off
I find them extremely helpful early game
