So, I made an I.M.P. a Spy to try out the new feature. however, I am not sure how does the trait work. Can somebody explain?? I wanna disguise as an enemy soldier. I used the search feature but couldn't find anything that explains from start to finish how to make it work.

You need to find the clothes in one of army combinations. Let's say you don't want to dress like an admin, so in vanilla 1.13 that would mean you need either a red shirt and green pants or black shirt and black pants. If you're using some mod that changes the army colors to something else, than you need those colors. Army shirts/pants can be found on dead soldiers, but they will mostly be destroyed in process of killing them. Every part of body that you shoot will have that piece of clothing destroyed, so if you shoot the enemy only in the head, both shirt and pants survive, if you shoot him in torso/head but not in the legs, the pants survive and so on. Using knife on a dead body of an enemy will give you couple of options, one of them being to take their clothes. So either rummage through corpses until you find both pieces you need, or try to kill someone with just headshots and pillage his clothes then. Once you have both shirt and pants, put them on (by dragging them to the silhouette, like eating/drinking). The game will give you some feedback, telling you if you were successful or giving you a warning why your disguise wasn't successful - usually due to your equipment being too advanced. Once you are disguised, you can walk around the enemy soldiers, but there are limits that you will have to learn by trial and error, as it is kind of complex and depends on multitude of factors that will be unique to your merc, enemies close by and so on.
