Recently started a new game with 8776_on_GameDir_2525.
Upon encountering the first blackshirt enemy, I took extra care to eliminate him without spoiling his uniform.
But when I try to take the clothes, I only get the black shirt, no pants. I get an error about item not found in items.xml.
I looked into the items.xml, and the black pants are right there, as item 1618.
I'm using the bigmaps mod, so I thought maybe that's the problem. However, the black pants are under the same item number both in the Data-AIM and the Data-1.13 folders.
Update: the exact error is "no clothes item found in items.xml"
I searched the ItemChoices_Enemy_Elite, but of course it's not there, because those clothes are generated upon the action of taking them, and are not part of their inventory.
If I knew what item ID is generated, maybe I could clone the 1618 item, giving it that ID, as a quick fix.
