Last time i did NOT used it, there were only NATO guns in the game, no AK's Dragunov's or whatnot. Sucked big time. I restarted! (and checked the 'tons of guns' box this time! Very Happy

)

I think CHAZZ meant to say that last time he did not use it, he got only NATO weapons. Tons of Guns gives you a lot more variety of weapons which you will more than likely prefer to have.

To clarify a common question: When using "tons of guns" you do not get more weapons in the game (difficulty level affects that via the number of enemies you'll see) but you'll get more types of weapons. That is, the Russian weapons will appear in the game only if "tons of guns" is enabled. You should never turn off the "tons of guns" option. It's supposed to simplify logistics since you only have like two ammo types available, but it's not much fun to play that way for most people.

Tons guns...namely tons of them aimed at you. I love killing a squad full of guys who use rifles and not finding any after!!

Has anyone make a version to fix that? please message me if they did.

Anyway I put tuns of guns on and when I took on the Hicks...they had a huge collection of exotic firearms no self respecting redneck would have...lol Prior to that I just found American bolt action rifles and shotguns which fit.

The 1.13 mod has the answers to all the wishes you've expressed in this part of the forum. You can turn on the option "drop all" and overload yourself with so much junk you'll spend half the game selling stuff to Tony. Wink
