 Since "Individual Militia" ( https://very-unofficial-113.fandom.com/wiki/Individual_Militia ) is going to happen I would like to see option to hire few of them as mercs.

I would like to recruit few of them, so I don't need mines for very high income. I can train my militia and hire them.
For example: marksmanship: green militia = 50~60, teal militia = 61~70, blue militia 71~80.
Other statistics could be well... random - similar to cheapest mercs.
I would like to liberate Arulco with militia only (I will not be missing about Buzz and others) big grin
