yeah that cracks me up too all the time. But Ivans comments are funny as hell even for non russian speakers. I laughed my ass off everytime he said something in russian in JA:DG. That one taunt that goes like "toie mama ton-sevala naste-lach voi-eche" I'll never forget, I can say it, but don't know the meaning yet. You don't need to understand the crap, the fact that he actually says it in russian and how is just hilarious! I mean I don't think Grunty and Thor would be less funny if I didn't understand the german things they say.

all the quotes on JA2 are very good and it clearly shows the care that was put into the game. nevertheless there are quotes and there are Quotes. for me the Quote is "now that was something worth bending over for" by fox.

With all the talk about bloodcat responces, I'm surprised no one mentioned:
"Fidel need new coat"
Now that I think about it, he's got lot's of great lines that I can't remember. Same for Malice. A good one is:
"It's those terrible guys. We must cover our tails, eh?"
It's all in the quebecois accent. Also, Igor's:
"Barbaric! As Tolstoy wrote: War...what is it good for?"

I like all of Fox's: "they pulled out early...", we did them all...", etc.
I also never get tired of Igor's "As Tolstoy once wrote, war, what is it good for." LOL every time.
But the newest one I just came across is when you get an email from Ivan after he gets back from assignment. All it says is "I house now". To me that is classic Ivan. (It's probably only funny to those that appreciate Ivan's personality...like me.)

I like using "Grizzly"

pretty funny. I read his stats in the Proedit, he's quite racist.
