Hey,
Has anybody else used this patch? Am I the only one whose JADG gets ruined because of that patch? It makes the game crash and full of errors. In fact, I can't run JADG anymore.

Hmm... OK, I will try to install the patch again. Hopefully it also fixes the multiplayer game problem.

I have it installed also and it works good. Maybe you downloaded a buggy 113 patch file! Try getting the patch from a different source and see if that helps.

just wish there was a cracked patch that would get rid of the cd check for the ripped abandonware version...or a no-cd patch for the version.

First of all I want to VERY much thank you for the links! Secondly I must say I'm very annoyed. I tried searching both that DLH.net site and filefront and couldn't find the file! I even searched specifically for dg113z.zip and dg113.zip and got nothing on both sites. Is there some trick to searching that I don't know of? Smile

Well regardless, thank you so very much! And if you don't mind I have one more question. I have both the original JA2 and JA2 gold. Does it matter at all which one I should use?

Yeah sorry bout that I acctually thought dg113.zip was the 1.13z update. And I know I didn't have any luck searching on that site either, I was refered there from The Patches Scrolls . So you did find the 1.13z patch than...does it happen to need the cd-rom to play too? i'm trying to update my abandonware version that doesn't come with a cd, it's ripped from the cd to d/l for free over the net with company's approval.

Gold for sure, it comes with the Unfinished Business expansion pack for JA2.

Nevermind. Think I figured out how to bypass the cd check by editing the cd.rom file. And yeah, that link I gave you originally is the 1.13z update. hehe Sorry bout the confusion on that. Smile

Well we should try to get a multiplayer game of Deadly Games goin sometime...I've been lookin for someone to play with. If you've heard about this it's quite a revalation for those who haven't been able to play it multitplayer since back in the days when DOS games were still popular. Very Happy

Nope I wasn't. It only worked with the unpatched 1.00 version... Dang, that doesn't make sense.
