Hola, I just bought Unfinished Business today and am curious, is there any way at all to use the 1.13 patch with UB?

i wish..i like UB quite a bit when outfitted with user made mods..1.13 would be killer on it..

Ah nuts, all that work to get it as well and I have to go through the headaches and brain tumors of the low resolution graphics, lol

After playing 1.13, plain old JA looks terrible in comparison, the difference is amazing.

I'll still give it a shot.

if ya check out proedit in the binary folder in the data1.13 folder you'll see gaston and cougar and stogie are in ja2 ver 1.13 now:P

How do I get them as playable mercs?

*hangs head in shame* I hate feeling like such a newbie, I've been playing JA for years, new to the whole modding, patching and whatever scene.

answer the email from M.E.R.C...hire someone from M.E.R.C..after bout 3-4 payments..merc's lineup increases..eventually..say..by time ya finish grumm..gaston becomes available...eventually stogie becomes available....orrr..you can cheat and go into jaoptions.ini and the line that says make all merc members available type true...and from start true...and you can get them immediately..lol

i always hire gaston when i play UB..guys a miracle shot

Too many times completing it is enough to drive you insane, I'm beginning to enjoy it up until Meduna...then motivation takes a massive dip and end up quitting for a while or restarting.
