Think I saw this posted before but I can't find it again.
I talked to that guy Trang in Tay Ninh but he wont give me any mission or even talk with me anymore. I used my personal merc who has a leadership level of 60+ and also with sarge but to no avail. Even used Ivan cause of his high wisdom but no dice. How do I get a mission from this gook bastard?

Anyway, he says, that he needs medicare pack that you can find from Ben Suc, lower left hand corner on map. In that sector is hidden passage underground, on south west corner.
