1. I wasn't able to hire Tex, is there something special I should do or is my leadership (70) just aint anough?
2. I started the game again after I added the 1.01 patch and this time Trang didn't ask me to secure Ben loc and instead, in my history file I got another mission to get the buddha so now I have two identical missions, does anyone knows why it happened?
3. in the beginning of the game I get two missions in my history logs but nothing is written on them, just the sector appears in red and it seems that I completed one of them without knowing, what are the missions?

1- no, just the normal procedure with giving him the video to sign
2- no idea, if you install ub 1.01 midgame you'll also have to install the update for SOG again. It'll patch the executable with weaponsdata etc
3- ?? didn't see this happen..
