Lol. I forgot myself, but since you didn't get any reply in 4 days, I'll help you out.

I used the search function, which compared to the function on most other boards, works likea charm.
Looked for "Shady" (yeah, you gotta know i guess) and came up with about 20 results. Here are 3 of 'em.

first of all, thanks for your time, man. only the third reply served me, were you said that in the top sectors of troy there is a stairway that leads me there,i've searched troy to no avail. And " somewhere in galileo " isnt much of an answer to me, im asking exactly where he is and how do i get there, since i dont get very well how does the bullet train system works...
ive searched in H8 and H9, but found nothing.

No problem. But as I said, I don't remember where the entrance was, myself.
So your best bet is use the search function and look for 'shady' or 'kelly' or whatever and specify the UC fora.

I'd try to enter the subway entrance closest or in that SE sector and take a look around. (you know, stairway down, kill gangmemebers, search for cellar entrance).
I probably mixed up Troy and Galileo, I always kept mixing them new ciy names up while we were making UC.

As far as I can remember the entrance is in the middle of the sector and is just a set of stairs going down. It is not a subway entrance and I missed it a few times before finding it. It is in Galileo in sector G9 or maybe F9

I just got three mercs, kelly, cobra and spike. The exact location to the basement is G9 sector. It is like a warehouse in the map center there, If you can see the van written "Express", just at your right hand side then. I also search for a long time. Keep going to the subway while there is nothing in there..... O yeah, it is a stairway to the base ment. You cant missed it ^^
