Hi everybody,

I know I already asked this question before, but that was some time ago....

And with the new MOD out, and all the activity in this forum, and possibly the MODders themself online too....

How does the Ammo type (caliber) I use gets calculated into the damage?

e.g. I now have a couple of guns from the first two sectors. There are two guns (pistols) I would like to compare right now, but the question stays the same for other guns with different ammo but (almost) equal damage rating.

I have the Makarov and the Tokarev.
M: 21 - 10 - 4; (dam, range, AP) 9mm ammo
T: 23 - 11 - 5; 7.62 TT ammo
The T does slightly more damage for 1 AP more. When I look at damage only, that's two points of damage more (less then 5%) for a 20% increase in action points.

When actual damage is calculated, will it matter that the T is shooting 7.62 bullets and the M 9mm bullets? And if so, which bullet will have the advantage?

Oh... And I forgot....
