YO I have a question :
Is it normal that in the subway when i kill any of gang member they just dont have any weapons or ammo clips ?
It's annoying becouse for example in sheraton in subway - where guy want money from me i killed everyone and i loose all ammo and i can't find any ammo or guns!!!
Please answer.

 Thats normal.
You would be very fortunate to get item or weapon drops from subway gangs though there are a few guys who drop something ...
The gang leader NPCs Slicer, Bruiser, Shark, Mangler, Mumbles etc were supposed to drop multiple wallets .... spoils of their occupation plus empty syringes, knuckle dusters, crowbars etc for humor value but most of these were never added in .PROF.
Also ammo & weapons are virtually non existant in subways.

Take it easy. Don't shout, your posts will be understanded without shouting, Werewolf. I don't care that I won't get any stuff from those subway gangs, because I have a good 17 merc team and I don't need to waste much ammo and I enjoy the subway battles.

 If every enemy in the game dropped what they were equipped with you would soon be knee deep in items.
There are always compromises between realism & gameplay.

well, sometimes we can't have our cake and eat it, if u know wat I mean...UC is a great mod, but it isn't 'perfect', so just enjoy it.
