I have noticed that my income and therefore town morale is getting very low in some places.
If it gets to zero do i lose all my militia?
Can i just get it back up again by doing a few missions nearby?

You just have to kill some enemy's.
If the milita will turn the sides - I don't know coz I never have zero morale,but you won't get any money if you got morale zero.
