Is this assault rifle a lategame-weapon, or can you only find it in certain locations like the M21? By now I have scouted half of Danubia and conquered all towns except Grumm (forgot the UC name), and have not seen this gun once. Can anybody help me? I want a couple of those for my autoweapons mercs. Very Happy

It's not that great a gun. It's stats are damage 30 and range 35, single shot 5 AP's and 5 bullet burst 8 AP's. There's one in sector L8, it's the military base where you can recruit Conrad.

Really? Hmm must have missed that one, or it's random. Anyway I think it's a nice auto weapon, large burst, low penalty, fast single shot (in comparison to an LMG), and you can attach a GP30.

I like that gun since it gives you something to do with all that 7.62WP ammo. Strange that you haven't found it yet, I found tons of them as I progressed... make sure to check Tony and Bobby Rays.

I think i got 3 AEK-971: from L8, one in the create, one was dropped by patrol that happened to join the battle in the middle and one i robbed from enemy..

And AEK-971 is THE BEST ASSAULT RIFLE, with heavy damage, and long and accurate burst..

AEK-971 roks.
Gave it to Buzz. I saw once as she shot and enemy who was out of range with all 5 bullets from burst, after she got psycho. She really hates man Smile
