I've never really gone in much for stealing but maybe it is worth learning the technique.
From what I read I gather that the chances of successfully stealing are along the following lines - can someone please correct or confirm it.
1. Fully healthy - in or out of combat - either no chance at all or extremely low.
2. Dying - same.
3. Injured but conscious - low?
4. Badly injured but conscious - low?
5. Unconscious (e.g. from stun grenade or a enough hits to eliminate stamina) - best chance - does level of injury matter?
Any other conditions that improve the odds?
