I am just outside of Atremo and I have run out of med kits! Where can I get more and where is a hospital? :help:

Medical kits are somewhat random but tend to be scattered all over - by the time I get to Calisto (my usual first stop after Atremo) I sometimes have one per merc and just leave extras lying around.

It helps to search each sector carefully and especially all medicine cabinets in bathrooms though those are more likely to have healing kits which also seem in ample supply most games. It also helps not to be shot and fighting only at night with a team of night ops specialists I don't take much damage so my supplies last longer than usual. At least early in the game the technique of shooting a round to make noise and killing enemies as they walk into your field of fire works well.

Galileo is the hospital town but unlike JA2 this doesn't mean you can find doctors to heal you there. It just means you will find supplies of the healing drug - crepaton - in considerable amounts.

It is probably a good idea to capture the airport so that you can order Med Kits from Bobby Ray's.
