I'd like to see some. It is not unbalanced, if your levels are made accordingly.
Fallout:Tactics wouldn't let you use your vehicles inside the usual missions (they just dissapeared on entering), but I re-made the whole campaign using vehicles, and it *is* fun; Just give the enemy lots of AT stuff, and the player will have to scout on foot so he won't lose this precious tank(s) (and everyone inside) on some unfortunate ambush. Moreso for lightly (or un-) armored vehicles. You would think twice before sending it to battle if the enemy has heavy weapons (be it a LMG).

Tanks aren't as unbalanced as you might think. If the enemy is spread out, they are not much more efficient than a sniper, but since tank ammo tends to be scarce (and you have to save it for those enemy tanks!), your tank is just a fairly armored APC.

The shooting-from-helicopter idea is nice, but IMHO to difficult to implement. So let's just say that a civilian helicopter is far too easily shot down (even by a shotgun), and you wouldn't risk it in actual combat, since it's a choice target for enemy fire.
