basicly, the most important thing would be to be able to import your mercs to a new game. think about it, 1.13 would allow multiple mods to be installed parallely. So saving your team, balance , changing ja2.ini or some other ini, starting new game and you would be in a different campaign

this would rock. People could then link lots of old mods they always wanted to play together under 1.13 rules. Creating new ones however os more time consuming, so those "i need a new mod so badly" would maybe be better off adjusting previous mods to 1.13
