I find explosives useful in taking out walls and fences. The Central Sam site I totally agree. Explosives are almost necessary for that one. Mostly though I justify having an expert around to deal with traps and what not.

I remembered being followed around kingpin's place so I used explosives often to make a door. Night attacks really do a number on those guys. Nightvision goggles are always a great investment.

Steal the money...kill the assassins...hit Kingpin and his fight club...then if your okay with men and ammo march up to the bar/brothel area and start cutting them down. Tony will have no problem doing business with you..
