Send me an e-mail and I will get it to you whenever I check my mail (which is not very often these days). Or you can try kermi's site, I think he has a copy of the manual there for general distribution.
And - of course - stick to the beta editor in conjunction with either vanilla or a build no newer than the 687. Unless you really like spending hours on maps that turn unusable the first time you load them in the game.
