Well, apparently I am a n00b beyond all imaginable extents of n00bage, because I didn't get one word of what is written in this thread Very Happy

A while ago, for Stracciatella 0.8 if I remember correctly, a kind soul by the name of DiscoBoy quickly built and posted a .dmg file containing a precompiled build. It can be found here.

Basically, all a user had to do was download that build, right-click, hit "show package contents" and drag his original datafiles from the JA2 Winders install. Hop! JA2 running natively in OSX in ten seconds.

Quartercast, since you took the time to successfully get 0.11 working (I salute you!), would you be so kind as to share the resulting .app with the general public, AKA me? Very Happy

I believe the JA2 Stracciatella project would gain a lot more following among Mac users if the pre-compiled .app was shared in the project web site, as the Windows binaries are. Maybe you could contact the guys making it to ease this process, hopefully helping a lot of other Mac users apart from myself.

Once again I congratulate you and thank you for your time. My 0.8 build (DiscoBoy's) is good, but crashes now and then, and I was hoping 0.11 or 0.12 would fix at least some of those problems.
