Apparently they had it disabled somewhere because before the 1.13 the enemy would NEVER climb a roof after you.

I cannot confirm this.

It is curious that although you say you didn't intentionally allow enemies to climb on rooftops they are in your version.

But it's new in stracciatella! I believe I use it since release 0.6 and I had never seen that before.

There has been no alteration of the enemy AI.
