IMP item of stomp mod as been reworked completly, normaly no uber stuff in it.

need some feedback pls , made it with the notepad some mistake is possible and i don't play stomp (i prefer wait the different trait to be balanced, there is ,with just the experience of the 2/3 hour i played with stomp, some trait completly uber and the other ("normale") )
