So, Tony seems to sell things too early in my new game. He was selling an uzi on day one or two. How do I make it so that he only sells things with a coolness factor equal to the current progress in the game?

I thought what he sold related to the "coolness" factor. I also selected "normal" on BR's inventory, but that didn't seemed to help. Note that I also have Tony set to BR settings (not changeable in the newest 1.13)

Background;
I edited all items and weapons in XML-editor to go like follows;
0-1: OK pistols
2: good pistols
3: Crappy SMGs & crappy shotguns
4: good SMGs & good shotguns
5: crappy rifles & crappy sniper rifles
6: good rifles, good sniper rifles, crappy machine guns & low end LAWs
7: Good machine guns, sweet ARs & good LAWs
8: Rocket launchers & motors
9: rocket rifle
10: auto rocket rifle
Details on other items left out, but it all revolves around the same idea. T-shirts at lvl 0 and dyneema later, etc, etc. Enemy equipment and drops have also been adjusted to this.

I wanted to actually have some good gun fights with pistols and progress up slower. I hate it when I get a weapon I really like, but I can't use it because it's already outclasses by most of the weapons currently in use.

BUT...... Even after all my fiddling, Tony is already selling SMGs and a ton of other things that shouldn't be available to me yet. Anybody have any clues on how the game picks what Tony sells?

Thanx for any help.
