Do you tab out of the game (e.g. to this site) and back sometimes? Because when using 'ALT+TAB' the 'ALT' key gets somehow stuck and the next key you press counts as 'ALT'+ that key. ('ALT+L' in your case)

btw: all keys are hard coded, won't have luck finding an ini for them.
