You seem to be assuming that a three round burst is always going to land three hits. What I'm wondering is: in the hands of a low-strength merc, does the recoil-reduced burst of an Abakan sometimes let you land two hits out of two, over a similar weapon that might only land one hit out of three?

I'll have to do some studies to see if it does. I've definitely seen too many "one hit out of three" scenarios to be completely convinced.
