You mean Mac-10 vs MP5K??

I prefer the Mac-10, mainly because of the increased damage of the .45. The better firerate of the MP5K can be compensated for by adding a rod and spring, but nothing can increase the damage, so Mac-10 has it. Although I don't know burst penalties and draw costs... That might change the landscape...
