Yes, that's the one I had in mind (mostly because it's the only one I know about).

Yes, I'm aware of that, it has always been so.
But as long as the changes are just minor I can always port stuff to the latest version. I'm actually planning to port my ~~old~~ ancient mod to the latest version (or die trying...). It will require a complete overhaul, especially concerning game balance, but I think it's doable.

Yes, apparently notifications don't work, although the forum does send out emails, and I do receive them. Oh well, if that's the worst problem about 1.13 everything is peachy...
