It's more fun waiting on Kingpins hired guns coming after you. You never know when there going to pop up and shoot you in the back. Also keep in mind if you fight with kingpin that you will lose access to Tony the arms dealer, because the town will be hostile to you from then on. I don't know if it settles down after a while or not. I usually just do the fighting in the club and then listen to Kingpins offer about the chalice. Then beat feet to the western sam. Depending on my mood I might do a little spelunking into the SanMona mine and releive Kingpin of his Ben Franklins. It's more fun having the hired guns after you, plus the town won't go hostile either so you can still deal with Tony.
