Razor "only works well with sniper rifles" because they aren't capable of burst-fire ...

Just change him with ProEdit & AIMbio, and he'll be back to his slash-happy self!

As for the knives, I too found them underpowered. Mod them with WeaponEdit.
I can't remember ever making a one-slice kill with a blade in UC, come to think of it. And I have been trying to produce one with a boxcutter whenever the opportunity arises. ?Maybe instakills are dependent on weapon damage as well as skill & surprise.
Wudu may know more.
