In some sectors with a battle in progress the game fully hangs when trying to save. Trying to exit the sector via the mapedge in mid battle or auto resolving will hang the game as well.
In one case I managed to conclude the battle without saving and and then left without any trouble. In another battle where I managed to win without saving, the game still crashed when I tried leaving the sector (damn!).
Sorry, I'm at work right now, so I can't exactly tell you which sectors are affected, but it's one of the port Kip sectors (the one below Tony?), another one is the sector south of Gotham, and there's yet another urban sector just to the right of Rudesa.
Does anyone else experience this problem as well? It is rather annoying. Especially the one where I, for the first time in four years, managed to fight an entire battle without saving once, only to have it crash when I tried to leave. 
Great mod, this! This game just doesn't seem to get old. Even after almost 4 years!
