As soon as I received Blair's email, I sent two mercs to the airport. As soon as they entered the sector and before walking over to Pablo, I checked the sector inventory screen and found both SAWs sitting there. Grabbed them from the inventory screen and then talked to Pablo. Got the usual bull from him, gave him a couple of bucks but he didn't mention the special shipment but I already had the two guns in my posession.
