Awfull lot of work. There's an army depot close by, not to mention the gunrunners at Calisto Airport and a Gunrunners depot east of Calisto. More and better kick-ass weapons can be found there with no need to harrass civies. If you play hardcore this can be achieved in day 1 aswell.
