last of the enemy soldiers is inside a house without windows, and only one door. he is not moving at all and when i try to open the door he always get an interrumpt and kill my merc. is another method to kill that man??
A higher level merc is less likely to get interrupted. Also, if you put a merc outside the building on the side away from the door and fire a shot, the soldier ought to turn to face the shot and away from the door. Then when you open the door he has less chance of interrupting you.
Explosives always run the risk of blowing up something useful inside, imho, and I use them as a last resort.

Rod and springs are very plentiful ( I get between 15 and 20 each UC game ). Which weapons is really based on how you play. Save two for your SAWS ( this is a must ), other than that any weapon you use all the time that needs that extra speed advantage. Quote: IronArthur:
If i put a rod&spring to a m14a1 and then i upgrade the weapon to scoped m14a1 , the rod will remain functionnal??
I don't like the SAW (no scope). I save R&S for M4/M4A1 (yes, every attachment still works fine when you upgrade from one to the other), Dragunov, M21, RPK and Vintorez -- anything I plan to use to the end of the game.
You can cheat in UC if you are short of rods. Put a bunch of springs in a pile and upgrade one with a single rod, and all the springs change. Of course, I'm usually short of springs
