You need to install the sci-fi stuff from the UC downloads. It will giove you an additional level in the Prax subway; when you go into the lower level that will initiate the sci-fi part of the game. You find the Queen bug in the lower level of the Calisto crepeton factory. I think that it helps to install the sci-fi files prior to going to the lower level of the Calisto crepton factory. It will enable some people to be there who will help fill you in on what is happening.
