What is the deal with this kid? I know he is supposed to be peeking at the Shady Lady, but is there a certain time to find em. I have found em in the past np, but in my current game, he isnt at the proper spot. I have also heard he may be in the abandoned mine zone of San Mona, but cant find em there either. Mad

Kinda unfortunate for me though, if I attack and take Alma, the bug quest starts, wanted to aquire Vince before hand, for a lil training. Already have Drassen and Cambria. CURSES!!!!
