I know marksmanship, standing/kneeling/prone, and cover all factor in, but do the stats of the "defender" make any difference? The reason I'm asking is I just encountered yellow shirts for the first time I can remember, and they seemed to be easier to hit. Maybe it's because they were so inaccurate I never felt compelled to run for cover, and they themselves didn't use any, but it really seemed that had it been even a redshirt standing in the same spot, Barry wouldn't have made the shot so easily with his .38.
