Total novice at all this, but in HAM 3.5 is this an error?

Quote:
Item shipment settings
;******************************************************************************************************************************
; Set the chance in percentage of whole shipment lost from Bobby Ray
CHANCE_OF_SHIPMENT_LOST = 10;

I ask because when browsing through the INI Editor, clicking to an other entry after looking at the
CHANCE_OF_SHIPMENTS_LOST setting, I get an error message "Input value not in a correct format".

Looking at the rest of the settings in the .ini file, I notice no other value followed by a semi-colon, ;. Interestingly enough, to one totally ignorant of all this, if I remove the semi-colon, save the .ini file and reload the INI Editor; it first shows no entries and then on another click/entry to the setting, it rewrites the value as 10;.

Clearly far beyond my understanding. Just would like to be able to adjust the value and can not as this is one of the settings where new value is disabled, which also seems odd.

Curious.

This is not a HAM setting.

The same typo is in Ham 3.6 JA2 options ini. @Akmatov once you've deleted the semi-colon you should be able to just edit the value as normal.

Since the INI Editor shows no ability to edit the setting, how do I edit it? I tried going into the actual .ini file and change to value to 10 from 10; but that didn't seem to work.

And you guys are right, of course, that is NOT a HAM setting! Had been looking at HAM setting when I came across that one, hence the confusion.

Try Notepad to edit that file.

Ah, good point; I was probably not using the best text editor when I experimented.
