1. Do those tanks in the patrols north of Meduna respawn? I'm probably gonna need to do just a little more prep, gather more rockets/mortars, maybe free Shank to get some gas for the icecream truck.
2. Is there anything in the ini that can fix that thing where a retreating enemy just stays in the sector they retreat to, rather than link up with another group? They don't even join if the sector they retreated from gets attacked.
