I metagamekilled him and then found the COSVN list later which I'm supposed to give him I guess.
Can someone tell me what exactly happens when I give the list to him? Do he and the Khmer get hostile and what does he say? Nevermind, found it out myself.
Do the night vision goggles even work btw? The description reads n/a in my game.

yes it works .. i cleared many sectors of 30+ enemy soldiers with 4 mercs only wearing a night vision .
for spook part .. i am not yet found him in my game .. so will answer you later .
